A programme launched in Norfolk gives older people the chance to try a new activity for free.
Charity the Royal Voluntary Service and financial services group Prudential have joined up to bring First Time for Everything to the county, to give the opportunity to try something news.
The events will take place throughout Norfolk, starting with signing and songwriting on June 20, from 10.30am to 1pm at Princes Street United Reformed Church in Norwich.
Other activities coming up include street dance, body percussion and beatboxing, yoga, and smart phone photography.
Mark Read, activity co-ordinator for Royal Voluntary Service in Norfolk, said: 'We hope older people, their carers and families will come along to our First Time for Everything events where they can enjoy interesting activities, refreshments and company in a friendly, welcoming environment. There will also be information available about services for older people in the local community.'
