Visitors to Loddon and Chedgrave enjoyed a trip back to the swinging sixties at the annual scarecrow festival.
Faces including Bobby Moore, captain of the 1966 winning England World Cup team, Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, and Zebedee from The Magic Roundabout could be seen spotted outside businesses.
Around 25 scarecrows were created in total, with new faces popping up each day.
The festival came to a close on Friday, June 22, and also saw a day of entertainment including a parade, live music, stalls, fun fair, mud kitchen, and alpacas held at the Jubilee Centre playing field on June 16.
Caroline Dwen, owner of Rosy Lee’s Tea Room in Loddon and one of the organisers, said: “It went better than we could hope for and we were really happy to see lots of people who hadn’t been to Loddon before coming and having a really nice time. We have even had letters from people saying how well it went.
“It only happens because of the whole community coming together and helping.”
