Two men have been taken to hospital after a two vehicle crash in Beccles in the early hours of the morning.
A VW Polo with three people inside crashed with a stationary Toyota Corolla on the B1052.
An air ambulance was called following concerns the driver had sustained life threatening injuries, but was not required.
The male driver was taken to Norfolk & Norwich Hospital and the male passenger was taken to James Paget Hospital.
Emergency services were called just before 3.15am today following reports of the crash at the junction with Beccles Road.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said: "A VW Polo was in collision with a stationary parked vehicle, a Toyota Corolla.
"The Polo was carrying three people, a female and two males.
"Initially it was thought the male driver had sustained life threatening injuries and so an air ambulance was called, however it was later determined not to be life threatening or life changing."
The road was closed due to the crash but has since reopened.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews used hydraulic rescue equipment to free one person from a vehicle.
"They and two others were left in the care of the ambulance service."
Crews from Bungay, Beccles, Loddon and Lowestoft attended the crash.
