COOK ANDREW JOHN Peacefully on July 25th. Much loved dad and grandad. Will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Andrew's funeral service and committal is to take place at St Faith's Crematorium on Friday, August 23rd at 12.30 p.m. No mourning attire please. Smart casual.
