SCARLL RICHARD LOUIS Formerly of Sprowston passed away suddenly on August 23rd in the James Paget University Hospital aged 81. Very much-loved partner to Ruth, father to Robert and Simon and grandfather to Krista, Dylan, Honey and Charlie. Richard's funeral service will be held at Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium on Friday, September 22nd at 11 a.m. Family flowers only.
