COURTENAY-WILSON JANET A much beloved mother, wife, and sister, sadly passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 28th, at the age of 64, after a long battle with heart and kidney failure. Janet was an intelligent and erudite woman, with a passion for early 20th century history, having graduated from the University of Hull in 1980. After her studies, she became a well-accomplished businesswoman and will be remembered well by friends, family, and those she worked with for her charismatic and industrious nature, as well as her innate sense of glamour, splendor, and appreciation for fashion. Her funeral and committal ceremony will be held on Wednesday, March 22nd at 2.30 p.m. in Fincham Church. She is survived by her two brothers, Kenneth and John, her only son Rupert who she loved dearly, and her husband Laurence, whom she could not bear to be apart from, and with whom she spent 30 years of partnership, until she passed away peacefully at home.
