Norfolk had 24 homes selling for more than £1m in 2015.
The most expensive home sold was Bringingham House on Dereham Road in Bringingham which made £3,455,625 in March. That was £1 million more than the most expensive property sold in Norfolk in 2014.
But the number of homes selling in Norfolk for more than £1m in 2015 slightly decreased on the year before, down from 28 to 24.
The Old Rectory in Burnham Market was the second most expensive home to sell last year. The six-bedroom property was built by the First Earl of Leicester. It sold for £2,080,000, complete with original features from the early 19th century.
The most £1m homes were sold in North West Norfolk with a total of eight homes selling for a seven-figure fee.
One of these was The Malt House in Burnham Overy Staithe which was sold for £1,300,339 back in August.
Norwich had two properties which sold for over £1m - both on Newmarket Road.
House prices in Norfolk rose by 5.9% in 2015 with the average property now costing £165,359, which is less than the national average of £188,270. Nationally, house prices rose by 6.4pc in 2014, according to data from the Land Registry.
