A hospital paramedic accused of multiple rapes and sexual assaults on women he met on Tinder continued to offend despite being on police bail, a court was told.

Jamie Kadolski is on trial accused of 15 sexual offences on four women said to have been committed over an 18 month period.

The 24-year-old, of Ladysmith Road, Norwich, denies the charges and says all sexual activity was consensual.

Norwich Crown Court was told the first responder, , who has since resigned from East of England Ambulance Service and previously worked as a health care assistant at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, was initially arrested in November 2023 when a woman came forward.

Released on police bail he was then arrested again in March and April this year for further offences involving more complainants.

Giving evidence, one woman who met him after seeing his profile on the dating app in 2022 told Norwich Crown Court how he had raped her after driving her in his car to an isolated location at Hempton, near Fakenham

She said she had met him to “get to know each other and to see if the chemistry was there, and that was clear from my messages”.

She admitted some of her messages were “a bit flirty” and that she considered sex was a possibility.

But she said he had undressed her and grabbed her breasts “aggressively”.

When the pair got into the back of the car he grabbed her hair hard while having sex, she added.

Asked why she did not tell him to stop, she said could not because she had had “frozen” and felt “very vulnerable”

“I just wanted it to stop and to end,” she said.

A second woman told the court they had been on a sofa at her flat when he had “pulled her hair aggressively” to keep her head in his lap while undoing her shorts and sexually assaulting her.

Asked if he had stopped when she at one point told him “no, that’s enough", she replied: “No, I had to push his hand away, get up and do up my shorts.”

She added: “There was no consent in the first place. At no point did I say that what was happening was OK with me.”

The trial continues.
