Punters at a pub near Norwich are swapping darts for downward dogs at new yoga sessions.
With the slogan 'yoga for people who also like beer', the sessions at The White Horse pub in Trowse have proven popular among locals.
The classes, which take place every Tuesday at 6pm, are designed to be accessible and fun for people of all ages and physical abilities.

Norwich yoga business Waveney Flow has also introduced men's yoga sessions which are designed "for older men with real bodies - beer bellies, dodgy knees and creaky joints".
Lead yoga instructor Tori Sadler said: "The classes have been a miracle, offering a hybrid experience for pub-goers, yoga enthusiasts, and people from all walks of life.
“Yoga has helped me personally with both my mental and physical health and I wanted to make that available to other people.”
Pub Yoga tickets, which are available via the Waveney Flow website, are £8 per session and ticketholders are encouraged to join the class in the pub for a post-workout drink.
