An Afro-Caribbean food business could be opening a new shop in Norwich.
FoodByCpC, based in Anglia Square, has applied for a premises licence at 290-304 Aylsham Road.
The owner Gilbert Eyenga has requested permission from Norwich City Council to sell alcohol at the site.
The business sells African food at affordable prices with products from countries such as Ghana, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Nigeria and the Ivory Coast.
Mr Eyenga's application shows that the shop would be open between 8am and 10pm from Monday to Saturday and between 9am and 5pm on Sundays.

FoodByCpC opened at Anglia Square in 2021 and was set up to resemble the lively ambience of an African and Caribbean market.
The company's website says: "We sell our products at a reasonable and affordable price, being 30pc to 60pc cheaper than the leading company in the same field.
"Though you may be far from your country or region of origin, we know that FoodByCpc will bring you closer to the motherland."
