A Norfolk-based property management company with an “accidentally” all female team has quadrupled its business over the past two years.
LRPM, a block management firm headquartered in Cromer, said it is eyeing further expansion after building its customer base from 500 properties to more than 2,000 since launching in 2021.
The firm said it believed its success had been down to the fact that they operate on a “fixed fee” basis, with no hidden commissions on any of their services.

The growing portfolio has allowed the business owners to expand its team from two people to 15, with managing director Letitia Randell saying she hopes to add more positions in the coming months.
And, with an all-female team - which Ms Randell said was “not the aim” - she added that the company is looking to welcome more men to fold.
She added: “Over the next two years, we plan to continue to expand our customer portfolio with a unique fixed fee approach and will be growing our qualified and well-trained team to service many more buildings across the UK.”
