A former nightclub above a town centre shop could be turned into flats.
Craig Roberts has applied for planning permission for two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments above Seacroft Mobility, in the High Street in King's Lynn.
The proposed development follows an application for flats above the nearby former Debenhams store.
The upper floors of the building, which dates back to the 19th century, have previously been used as a nightclub. It is sited in the King's Lynn Conservation Area.

Mr Roberts says the properties will be "market housing" if he is successful.
Council officers said a flood risk assessment was needed to proceed with the planning application.
The assessment states: "There is flood defence and monitoring in place. Given the above, it is submitted that this proposal would not put a significant additional number of persons or properties at risk and would not result in adverse effects elsewhere."
A decision from West Norfolk council is expected later this year.
