King Charles and Queen Consort met with members of the public as they attended church in Sandringham.
Crowds came to see the pair at St Mary Magdalene Church yesterday, January 22.
The weather at the Royal Estate was just 3C following a yellow warning for freezing fog from the Met Office.
On arrival at the church, members of the public were searched by police.
And after the service, the King and Queen Consort spoke to wellwishers including two young girls near the church entrance.
It is the first time the King has been pictured since plans for Sandringham and details of the coronation were released.
The estate will be transformed by tearing up the lawn and planting a new 'climate-friendly' garden in its place.
The coronation will include a balcony appearance at Buckingham Palace, a concert featuring global stars and a day of volunteering.
