Two men have been arrested in a busy city nightlife hotspot following police patrols.
One was arrested for theft and robbery and the other for theft, appearing drunk and disorderly and assaulting police.
A section 35 notice was also issued to another man for anti-social behaviour.

The patrols follow business bosses in Prince of Wales Road calling for more police support as a wave of anti-social behaviour struck the street.
Officers have been on Prince of Wales Rd today. Off license checks completed. Patrols led to two arrests. Staff in venues and shops in the nightclub district reported being harassed and abused by "the same seven or eight people" at all times of the day.
These thuggish acts have included shoplifting from the Tesco Express, racial slurs and fighting outside kebab shops and bars.
The arrests took place in Prince of Wales Road while officers were completing off-licence checks in the area.
